Established Tong Ya Iron Co., Ltd.

Machinery industry and sugar industry.
1981

Established Taiwan Masahisa Machinery Co., Ltd. with Masahisa Blade Mfg. Co., Ltd. combination, which located at No.79 sec.1, Ta Chin Street, Taichung. 

Capital increased to 15 million.

Authorized factory for manufacturing of automatic steam boiler by Maeda Iron Works Co., Ltd. in Japan.
1987 Authorized factory for manufacturing of waste incinerator by Kinsei Co., in Japan.
1989

New factory erected site on No.2, Wu Kuang Road, Wu Jih Hsiang, Taichung.

Increased pressure vessel manufacture.
1991 Capital increased to 20 million.
1992

Authorized factory for manufacturing of automatic steam boiler by Shaoguan Masahisa Machinery Co., Ltd. in China.

Capital increased to 38 million.
1994

Capital increased to 80 million.

Authorized factory for manufacturing of fan & blower by Murakami Mfg. Co., Ltd. in Japan.
1995 Authorized factory for manufacturing of pressure vessel & heat exchanger by SEO Koatsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Japan.
1998 Passed the ISO-9001 recognition.
1999 Passed the Safety Quality License for Import Boiler and Pressure Vessel recognition.
